Luke DanielsMatt Baker - Bass
Matt Baker grew up in Sioux City, Iowa, USA and completed degrees at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and the Royal Academy of Music in London.
He is a member of the Palau de les Arts Opera orchestra in Valencia, Spain and has played with jazz greats such as Clark Terry, Ryan Kisor, Victor Mendoza, and John Fedchok.
As well as playing with Luke Daniels’ Circle of Stone, Matt performs regularly with other folk music legends such as Catriona McKay and Chris Stout, and is a member of the internationally reknowned theatrical string septet ‘Gogmagogs’.
